During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. phgame3 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any information provided, including a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, Driver's License), at any point. Provision of false or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) phgame3 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. phgame3 employs technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, phgame3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals therein.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phgame3 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. phgame3 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify phgame3 support immediately via live chat.
Account Closure: You may request closure of your phgame3 account at any time by contacting support. Any positive balance at the time of account closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the withdrawal terms set out in Section 05. phgame3 reserves the right to close any account at its absolute discretion, with notice where practicable, where it determines that continued operation of the account is contrary to these Terms, applicable law, or regulatory requirements.
All deposits to your phgame3 account are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phgame3 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability at the time of transaction:
phgame3 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, for which phgame3 accepts no responsibility. Deposits must originate from payment accounts registered in your own name. phgame3 reserves the right to return deposits and request re-submission via a verified personal account where third-party funding is suspected.
phgame3 does not extend credit to players. All wagering must be conducted using funds present in your account balance at the time of play. phgame3 accepts no obligation to honour bets placed with funds that have not been fully cleared and confirmed in your account.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time to the payment method associated with your verified phgame3 account. The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

In the event of a discrepancy between a game display and the underlying game server records, the server records shall be the authoritative source for determining game outcomes. phgame3's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
phgame3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. Live dealer games are operated by licensed studios with physical dealing equipment. phgame3 does not manipulate game outcomes and publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot titles and house edge data for table games.
phgame3 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to: bets placed after a game event has concluded, bets placed with erroneous odds or odds resulting from a system malfunction, and bets placed in connection with prohibited conduct as described in Section 09.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phgame3 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phgame3's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phgame3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. phgame3 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its platform and shall not be liable for disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond phgame3's reasonable control including telecommunications outages, natural events, or regulatory actions.
All content on phgame3.club — including but not limited to the phgame3 brand name, logo, platform design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and documentation — is the intellectual property of phgame3 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phgame3 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of phgame3 intellectual property without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
phgame3 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal conditions, bonus terms, or eligibility requirements — phgame3 will provide reasonable notice via registered email address or in-platform notification. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of phgame3 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the phgame3 platform shall first be referred to phgame3's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory dispute procedures. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
